Is it worth it to try and get this welder working?

This welder was given to me and it's in rough shape for sure. I have looked online a bit there is not much for this model. Most of what turns up is the v350 and there is a ton of those it seems. It has some cut cords and is missing a few things but I'm not totally sure all what it might be missing or how expensive it is to replace them. It would be super nice if it worked as they are kinda expensive and can do a lot of work.

Looks like it has been robbed for parts. Unless you know the history of the machine I'd assume it's scrap or at least that it has a bigger problem than the missing parts as a fully functional machine is generally not broken for parts.

Plenty of possible expensive & not easily repairable problems with inverter machines.

I kind of figured that might be the case with it. I figured I would just take it and see if its was feasible to get it working again.
