Just ordered 3 flip sockets for lug nuts in the .5 sizes (19.5, 20.5mm, etc). Ordered on Sunday, came yesterday.

My experience with JB Tool Sales is a mixed bag. The prices are often good, but shipping speedand communication can be poor. What I've heard others say, and experienced myself, is that everything is fine with them UNLESS you have some problem with your order. They do not seem to respond to their mistakes promptly or correctly.

I ordered 4 items and they sent me 1. I even sent them pictures of the package they sent me with label and all proving it was impossible that they sent all 4.
They refuse to make it right claiming the package was delivered which a package was but it only had one of 4 items in the package.
I suppose if what you order gets to you without a hitch you're good but if there is a problem, forget it. You're out of luck.
I will never deal with them again.

I ordered from them on 2-3 occasions and all my stuff was delivered on time. A lot of people complain but don't bother looking up the policies of the online sources they buy from. I've heard of at least one or two complaints about them not the handling the warranty when they clearly state on their website that all warranty problems are on the manufacturer, not them. Worst case if they don't resolve the problem, you can always start a transaction dispute on your credit card.

I've ordered from them going on several years. Sometimes one or two things turn out to be out of stock, which can be annoying. I did have one order that took quite a while to get resolved, over a month IIRC. The one order since then was without issue.
They do have pretty good prices in general, out of stock seems to be a thing at times though.

Ive placed several orders with JB Tools. Some through ebay, other times on their website. Sometimes, one may have a better price than the other. Always a great experience. I purchased my Autel Maxsys Elite from their ebay store when ebay had a 15 percent off code.

I ordered thru Amazon. Item showed 8 in stock. When I received confirmation email it shows delivery of over 6 weeks. Since it was a good price I will wait for it to arrive, but it's not a good thing to show in stock and then delay delivery that long.
I would like to continue ordering from these people as the prices are really good, but they are very close to scaring me away. Too many mistakes, too lazy. #1 When I ordered my last order, they left out part of my order. No email, nothing saying backordered. The order is marked shipped, but their third party suppliers pick list has those parts missing also! They do not respond to most of the emails I send. It usually takes several attempts to contact. No real phone number posted either. #2 complaint is they have mistakes on their website. When I mentioned it to the sales team and included their part numbers of the parts with the goof, instead of spending 2 seconds to look up the part number at their site, they wanted me to send them individual website links for the problems. You can't get much lazier than that. They have good prices, too bad they can't get their act together.

I have bought from them on eBay. Their price including shipping on eBay is a little higher than their website price not including shipping, but overall cheaper than single purchase on website plus shipping. Good experiences with both eBay purchases.

I have ordered from their site and from their Amazon store, no problems. Some prices are very good. Many are mediocre (which is to be expected, to be clear).
Thanks for the feedback. My last order went through smooth. This one not so much. I looked up thier google feedback. A lot of happy customers, but a lot of POed ones also. Luck for me the parts that were ordered and did not show up were cheap. I will try to get what I paid for, but if not it's not a huge loss.
I received no response to email at all over several days so yesterday I found a phone number listed on google. There is no number listed on their website, in fact it's the opposite they say to use the email system. I called it twice. First time I left a message, five hours later with no response I tried again and someone picked up. The problem got fixed. Way too much hassle though to fully recommend.

They're slow, so I don't order from them if I need something quickly. However, most of the highly-discounted sites have that issue, and JB Tools has amazing prices!

They had the best price on the Homak RS Pro toolboxes so I ordered from them. Supposed to be here tomorrow, but I haven't been notified that it's shipped yet.
EDIT: just got off the phone with JB Tools. They said it would arrive on the 22d. That's 5 days later than what the website said. Not happy about it, but not much I can do about it at this point.

Looks like I've ordered 3 times from JB Tools website since making an account there in 2020, and at least 5 times through their Amazon or eBay listings, but I think even more times than that from them I just don't have an easy way to search those types of purchases. I've never had any issues yet. I consider them to be one of the better tool sellers I've ever dealt with in price, quick shipping, and getting exactly what I ordered.
I do find it funny though that often it's JB Tools ebay or Amazon listing that's cheaper than ordering the same item from their own site, or sometimes an item is available on one or more but not all, though I've noticed similar from other sellers like Zoro, for example.

Check the one star won Trustpilot. They go on forever. Customer service seems to be nonexistant. Looks like they ship a lot of defective equipment and refuse to do anything about it.
