I want to use this product and am concerned if it is slippery when wet after it is burnished? I would like to use it on a covered breezeway but it does get wet with rain and snow.

Your COF may diminish and if that is a concern, then don't do it. We have other products like HD6600mma sealer that you can add our Legacy Grip to. Safety First!

Thanks. I dont really want to add a non skid as I l want the concrete to remain smooth for ease of sweeping and washing down.

I have approx. 1000 sf of exterior (driveway and breezeway) and 1000 sf of interior garage. If I went with the Silax sealer for the exterior and the HD6600mma for the interior it appears I will need 10 gallons of each for 2 coats. Does that sound right?

May need an extra gal of HD6600-MMA.
Silax Seal: approx 200 sq ft per gal- one coat application
HD6600MMA: approx 325 sq ft per gal coat 1. 400 sq ft per gal coat 2
