Do these all come with plugs or can you get wither way? Is it according to code for hardwire or plug??

Mine came with a plug, but I could have lopped it off to hardwire it in a box. It only saves you the $.50 for the outlet.....

Mine was not wired at all, so it could be either hard wired or wired with a plug. I wired mine with a plug......

No plug or wire on mine either. I used some 16/3 appliance cord and a plug.
