Not going to touch the typo issue, :D but if using a oil based primer one needs to wait a while (a week?) before applying a oil based finish, peeling could occur if you get in a hurry, I learned that the hard way because of the moisture in the mud,it was dry enough for latex finishes but the moisture content was too high for oil based paints & primers.

If anyone has sound drywall but the paper has delaminated, a easy way to fix that is to lay down a thin layer of mud & bed a paper grocery sack into it, let it dry & mud over it as needed, it works great,it was taught to me by a old timer.
