Is MY Marson Riveter Made In USA?

I bought a Marson riveter on the bay and seller said it was made in USA. After I received it I'm not so sure. My riveter is stamped Stoughton, MA.
The older posts on Marson say tools stamped with the Stoughton, MA are when Marson went overseas. Was there a transition when Stoughton stamped tools were made here? Can you guys tell if this one is made in the USA? My riveter is stamped Stoughton, MA. even though the paperwork shows a riveter with a Chelsea, MA stamp.

The tool says Stoughton, MA USA on one side.

As far as I know they have all the products made in Taiwan. I have some from the nineties that were made in US and my big daddy was made here but a year later some time in the mid 2000's all said Taiwan.

Where do they say Taiwan? Is it on the tool, in the paperwork, or on the box the tool came in?
