the second set linked are teng. tengtoolsusa.com
definitely not Ko-ken. If the tools aren't stamped Ko-Ken, then they're not Ko-Ken.
I thought Teng was all over the UK at least they used to be on wheeler dealers

No, none of the tools shown are KoKen.

I think the first ad is being misleading putting KoKen in the title, if those are the tools you get.

KoKen look like this. Sadly the U.K. prices have crept up over last couple of years. They’re still worth every penny in my opinion.

That’s “all the money” for generic tools. Same set is up for $15 elsewhere…!

Couple of years back you could get genuine KoKen for that sort of money. I think they’re running at about £70 now, but if you want a set try Consolidated Tools, they’ve been good to me in the past.
