Is there a difference?

Going to play Devil's advocate.I've regularly used the Stanley fatmax screwdriver for around 4 years,it proved so good I also bought one for work.Recently I got the Snap-on with a promotion.
Got to admit it way better engineered and manufactured.But I was shocked when I found out how much they actually cost.

You can get a Williams ratcheting driver, which is virtually identical (only difference is no knurling on the shaft, and a 3-lobe handle vs. the 4-lobe on the Snap-on) for under $30 a number of places.

I've bought several New Holland branded ones from the local New Holland dealer for $25.50/each.

What really sets them apart are the bits included with the Snap On/Williams. With that said, I have a Husky ratcheting screwdriver that is just as smooth as my Williams. I have no experience with the Stanley, but in the end, I'm sure they all do the same thing. Buy a cheaper screwdriver and put Snap On bits in and it will likely be just as good.

I have 2 of the so ones. A black one is well over 20 years old and the red one just a few years younger. Not an issue with either one.
