Is there a way to date MAC Tools?

I don't see anything that looks like a date stamp on the wrench in question. The part number seems to be BO 2024. It's a 3/4" and 5/8" offset box end wrench.

I found one like it on eBay, but mine isn't so beat up.

I'm not seeing anything on the wrench that matches that list. It also appears to be a bare steel wrench.
