is this a block grinder?

came across this, foley belsaw grinder. the motor looks suspiciously like a craftsman block grinder. any connection? did delco make block grinders too?

worth picking up if it's cheap?

I think it is worth it. How cheap? Best if you have a use for it seeing it is a saw sharpening grinder. Maybe you can resell it if you pick it up cheap enough.

It is a block. The earlier body style.
