Is this a Cornwell box?

Hello all,

Picked up this little box/cart on Craigslist the other day. Paid $100. Guy claims it's a Cornwell. For the life of me I cannot find a stamping/logo/label anywhere on it.

Do you think it is a legitimate Cornwell?

Thanks,

-Brian

Cornwall doesn't make carts. With the exception of their newer top of the line carts which I think are made only for them, any other Cornwall cart can be bought under 20 other names.

So it's possible this cart may have been sold as a Cornwell but manufactured by someone else?

Not since the year 2000. It's not listed in any of their catalogs that I could find. Cornwell has sourced carts from Sunex in the past as has other tool truck brands but, I couldn't find the cart linked as a Cornwell model.

Without Cornwell badging, it's just a no name Chinese made cart. Why not ask the seller to provide proof like a receipt to show it was actually a Cornwell cart?
