I doubt it is US made, I have one similar looking. If it isn't a US made 60 bucks is pretty high. Sears has 3 ton sets-jack, stand, creeper for 70 bucks or so on sale once in a while.

And I don't know a lot about jacks but did sears ever have gray jacks?

Yea they did my uncle has one just like it, it's good jack and it doesnt feel bad .

Yes they did. It was in the late eighties and early 90's. I still have one.

It works okay, but it started leaking after the second year I bought it. It's my back up jack since I bought a USA made Lincoln jack about ten years ago. The Lincoln is a much better jack.
