I'd say "fair", depending on how far away it is. If it spins up and coasts down without vibration, that is.

+1 --Go for it ! The cheap Chinese knockoffs at the big box stores go for as much or more -- Good price and vintage "Made in USA" machine -- sounds like a win/win to me.

The grinder was made in the mid 1970s by Delco. It's a good one if you need one. I would call 50 bucks an average price but I say that based only on local market conditions here where I live.

Anybody else notice that it has been on C/L for 2 months! Why?
Around here, at $50 that would be gone in 2 DAYS!

Fair

Actually it is missing the quench tray. Stand not included...Fair.

We have all been around this pricing issue it is dependent on what the market is in a persons local area. So In my area that is a good price with a lamp and you can easily purchase a quench tray. The stand is not my concern as it does not appear original. Go on ebay and the light alone goes for 50 to 60 bucks so I will stand by my statement it is a good buy in my opinion yours differs yours entitled to it same as I am to mine :} Have a good one.

The stand should go with it. It's just a cabinet (missing it's drawer) stuck on the remains of an office chair. Hardly worth being priced separately.

Most grinders that I see are missing parts. A work rest, upper guard, and end covers. With that one being complete, $50 is a fair price, if it runs smoothly (IMO).
