Is this a good deal (Snap On Wrenches)

There is a add on CL for a Snap On wrench set OEXM713B 10-22mm for $150. The pictures looks as if they are in good shape. Add says no signs of wear. The seller is firm on price also. I need a good set of metrics and wondering from you fellow GJ guys/gals if this is worth the price.

Yea its a lot cheaper then retail but pictures can be deceiving. I am going to try to go see them tonight or tomorrow night.
