I can get this compressor for $250. From what I can gather it controlled a large breaker 115,000 volts or something like that?

The motor is Westinghouse, I was told the compressor is too but I didn't have a chance to look it over(didn't think Westinghouse made compressors?). The tank is around 6' tall and is about the diameter of a 60 gallon compressor I own, the overall height with the motor and such is around 7'

It seems well made and dates to around the mid 50's or 60's. From what I can see it seems in good shape and American made......Should I buy it for $250?? It's a friend of a friend sort of deal so I don't want to burn any bridges low balling or such.

$250 won't buy a lot in compressors so I'd go for it if it's what you want. Just stroll around TSC of Farm & Fleet and compare prices to what they've got.

No larger pics sorry.... I can zoom in on the original pic and it is 104/208......I will probably buy it. I already have a Ingersoll 60 gallon but it is getting tired.
