Is this a good deal?

I have been looking for a cordless ratchet and i came across this deal which would work well in my garage. Seems to be last years models. Is this worth it?

I would use every one of these tools because i plan to sell my dewalt 18 volt stuff.

That set has the weaker 2457-20 ratchet at 35 ft.lbs. Just so you know.

The 2557-20 is stronger at 55 ft.lbs.

The kit Wamsutta posted has the 2457 ratchet. It shows a pic of the 2557 12v Fuel but if you scroll down to the details you see that it includes the non-fuel ratchet. FWIW I bought that kit today, with the non-fuel ratchet.

The kit in the 1st HD link is a hell of a deal. I've handled both the fuel and non fuel versions of the ratchet, and the non fuel is lighter and a bit more compact. I've got the non fuel and see no reason to upgrade.
