I have a tech series box and it's very good. If its in good shape that isn't a terrible price. It's not a steal, either. Look up a new box in the same size. Mac's casters are silly expensive for what they are, so check them carefully.

seems like a fair deal to me.
I have a black tech 1000 I paid $750 for.
it seems to be a well made box and to pay that for a box you will use is fine
not likly you will sell for more later

by the way, the box is $4075 new

Man, I must be nuts but if that box is in the shape it looks and sells for $4k new, I could get $1200 easy on a resell. I sometimes think some folks here would say it cost to much if it were free. Its a great deal if the box works and looks good.

people on here really suprise me with the low value they put on some of these better boxes. I suppose if you wait forever you can get a better deal, but average price for a sale is what is more useful. If people knew what they went for regularly, then they could spot the deals.

Around here the snap-on, mac, and matco boxes never seem to be reasonably priced. I'd go take a look at that one if I saw it for 800.
