i am wanting to get a tig, i want to use it to weld aluminum. nothing thick.. would be just to weld roll cage, intake tubing 16ga alum. etc. i have been reading online about peoples opinions and from everyone saying get an inverter style setup it looks like this would work ok.
i would like to stay around the 2k price. would be nice to get an inverter machine but then im getting over 3k complete with pedal, torch, bottle, etc which i dont want to be.
so, aside from the conversation of getting an inverter machine what would you pay for this setup. it has bottle, pedal, im assuming air cooled torch.
