Hi,
As I'm moving from France, I need to re-equipe myself with electrical tool...
My knowledge is pretty much more efficient in metalworking than woodworking

My first though was to buy this, this, and this
I think it's the more polyvalent choice... but I saw this tool today, and the price seem interresting...
The question is:
As I want to build a workshop, does this tool could be usefull for me in that job.

Maybe this one is more usefull?

Thanks to help me, the Special price for the table/saw is ending tomorrow.

Thanks for your advices
I was thinking that Milwaukee tools would be more expensive.

Do you think a saw/table would be usefull when building a garage ?

Sawzall is mandatory for any home owner or human being.
A nice Milwaukee Sawzall will come in handy in so many ways, you'll wonder why your left arm isn't a Sawzall.

Short answer, yes. And/or a decent circle saw with a good fence system....

Tablesaw is very useful for cutting something that has to be straight, make sure you get one with a good fence. Preferably a contractor model or cabinet saw if you have the room/money, tabletop saws dont have enough weight to cut long/heavy boards or plywood without tipping and generally don't have much of a fence so accuracy is lacking. One of the dangers of a tablesaw is kickback where the piece is lifted up by the blade & flung back at the operator causing injury. This is usually caused by binding.

That's exactly the kind of trouble I was thinking about.
It's my first wood construction... I think i'm going to buy first a circular saw, a jigsaw and a sawzall.

Table saw will come after, after many tools I need
(Air compressor, welder, angle grinder ... and a 4x4 truck for playing with)

Another tool that is really handy is a corded 3/8" drill for drilling holes & putting bits in it & using it as a power screwdriver. Depending on what you want to do a framing nailer, finish nailer & brad nailer will be useful. Don't forget the little things like chalk line, carpenters square, tape measure, combination square, utility knife, level, etc.
