To make it a little simpler, you want to run your feed into the switch box or the gfi outlet box,whichever is closer, gfi the wires go on the line side. The switches you just need to run a 2 wire to each light, if you have two lights on same switch then you would run from the switch to first light, then from first light to second light. In the switch box you would have the hot from your feed(black), add two tails off of it with wirenut, one tail for each switch. All the whites in the switch box get spliced together and pushed in the back of box, grounds go together with two tails for switches, what you have left is two black wires from the lights so each black would go on one switch and the feed tails on the other screw of the switch. There's no need to run a 3 wire if you can daisy chain the feeds through the switch boxes.
Edit, I saw your using a double switch so it's all the same except the tails for feed, you only need one for the double switch.
