Is this a Quincy?

Local compressor for sale - no history, no tags... going to try to have a look tomorrow but am wondering what I am looking at. It looks like a quincy to me but I dont recall ever seeing one with a cast manifold like this has, anybody recognize this beast?

I trolled a bunch of pics on the net and it looks to be a speedaire/dayton 80s vintage from a wheelbarrow compressor.... the pulley has been replaced with an electric clutch (!?) so not worth the trip out to look at it.
