Is this a snap-on breaker bar?

I want to say yes, but haven't seen one with a screw in the head or with "F-6" in the part number.

It looks like a picture of the handle of a flex head ratchet, the small area of the head in the picture looks more like a ratchet head than a breaker bar.

Ahh yes that makes sense.

I looked into 1960s catalog and I'm guessing it's a F-670A (or similar).
