Pretty fair deal for a roller built like that. I have the same one with the corresponding top box. If you need to replace the slides, call Snap On direct and they'll send them to you.

Yes, that's a KR655B. If you want to repaint it, Rustoleum Sunrise Red is pretty close to Snap-on red.
