Thank you guys. I did buy it at a estate sale. I seen it Saturday a few houses down the road with a tag of $300. Drove past the sale sign on Sunday and the sign had a 50% off sign attached, so i stopped I paid about $170 after taxes.

I cleaned the dirt, grease off it, and it looks good. (those pictures are after the cleaning). I have couple areas that need some goo gone.

Well i am looking for the original handle and snapon logo.

Thank you LOOKIN' for the series number.

one concern i have is i can not find a snapon stamp on the back of the chest.

They were made by waterloo as I understand it. Yours may be one of those sold by them.

THAT was my biggest fear, i told a friend that i hoped it didn't turn out to be a waterloo or Kennedy. don't get me wrong for it's age it is good... but i still would want a snappy taco cart!!!!

As I said, smoking deal either way

I understand, lol i always wanted the Snappy Taco cart... the hunt continues...These are a perfect set up for the center of a work area, where you can walk around them, and open all the drawers/doors freely... not for a shop corner.

LOL... the hunt continues...

thank you, guys for the info... yea i am down, but not down and out:beer:

Navy, if you lived near me I'd happily take that cart off your hands!

There's a lot of aircraft industry in socal, you shouldn't have much trouble finding one. Keep an eye on eBay and offer up in addition to Craigslist

I do see them out here usually about 1 or 2 a year. either in restored condition or in the same condition as this one, but i got excited for the $175.00 price tag.
