Is this a Wilton bullet vise end cap?

I found this in a box in the garage, and I cannot think of what it goes to. It resembles a Wilton bullet vise end cap, but I do not have a vise missing a cap. It is about 2 1/8" in diameter and is made from steel. I looked on Wilton's web site and the show the current C1 endcaps, but they do not have the three tabs.
Any thoughts?

Thanks

I haven't had tabs on any of my Wilton caps... So I think no.

Thats a tad big for a end cap and the sides are not like that. Maybe an antique dust cap?
