It's possible it is. I know snap on switched to stickers on them somewhere in the late 90's or early 2000's.

USA made. Snap On jacks were usually Walkers, just painted red and rebadged.

It's either a YA-642 or a YA-700, more than likely from the Lincoln Era. I'd probably buy it for $50, as long as all the casters/wheels are good.
