As the title states I was wondering if I should caulk the rest of the way around the garage or not. I did one 8 foot stretch and then I started thinking about it. I am starting to finish the inside of my pole barn and there is the gap in the photos between the floor and the lower perlin. Believe it or not but during the spring and summer months weeds and grass will actually grow up into the garage. I thought well I'll caulk the gap to keep things from growing up into the walls once they are insulated and finished. Then I got to thinking if I should leave it so the things can breath and ventilate. I used 100% silicone caulk and I thought the caulk will move and flex with any movement. Should I keep going with the caulk or stop and just leave the gap? Thank you guys and gals for any information.

Not sure why the second pic is sideways

Is that the bottom sill ?

Did you put down a sill gasket under it ?

Are the anchors bolts tight ?

Nothing should be coming into the garage between the sill & the slab (or stem wall).

EDIT. Just saw that it was a pole barn.
