Is this drill press an old HF or a good one?

I have been eyeballing this for awhile and was hoping someone could help me out. Is this a deal or a piece of junk. All google turns up is HF stuff. I can't tell if this is a good one or not.

Yes, it's a HF unit. Might be from before they were called HF, though. Probably Taiwan made.
