Is this Flooring or that is it?

My Dad had alot of this stuff its in pieces from a foot long to 6 foot long . The back looks just like hard wood flooring. I dont know if it is flooring because of the way the edges are beveled.

its random length oak hardwood flooring. the bevelled edges were so you didn't need to sand it after installing & prior to finishing ( urethane ) the bevel on the edges would make for no lippage between boards

Had pine T&G boards with beveled edges like that in a refinished basement in the house I grew up in. Pretty popular in the 1970s. I "think" I've seen flooring with beveled edges before but it's not common.

ETA the pine boards weren't random length though, that's certainly an indication what you have is in fact flooring.
