Sherwin Williams Armorseal 1000 HS Epoxy. I hear it is resistant to everything Chemicals Brake Fliud etc. I asked at my local Sherwin Williams dealer, but they say its an industrial product and they only carry residental products. The guy was to lazy to even make a phone call to find out if he could find some for me. Any help would be great!
Thanks Sixty4....

I believe it still is but they are probably going to tell you that you have to be a pro to purchase it. Find a painter with an account with them and you should be good to go.

Thats not a problem! I have a friend that has a Painting Company. Time to make a phone call and see if he can get a few gallons! I know he deals more with Benjamin Moore and Schroder paint products mostly.Thanks.....

try a different store. I just called the local store, they said they had it, and i just picked it up on my way home from work one day. They gave me a really good discount on it, without even asking. I can't remember how much i paid, but it was something in the neighborhood of $75-85 for one kit (2 gallons)

I love it by the way.

As others have said, I called a couple of local Sherwin Williams and neither seemed like they would have a problem selling to me (told them I did not have an account). One of the places told me $85/gal, need 1 gallon of each part, and that turned out to be way too much for the area I was doing.

I have some I'm just waiting to put down. They let me buy it under my business so I got contractor price which made it about half price. The markup to the general public is astranomical.

If your local Sherwin Williams store will not sell Armorseal 1000 to you over the counter. Ask the store manager for the name of their Industrial Marine Representative. Mine was most helpful giving me advice, checking my floors for adequate prepping, and making good with problems that occurred.

In my area we have Sherwins Williams, and Sherwin Williams Commercial. The commercial division has more products available for professionals and contractors than they do for residential use. You would typically need a contarctors license and insurance to set up a commercial account to gain access to these types of products.
