I'm hoping to redo my 420 sq ft garage next spring. Did a store bought epoxy kit probably 15+ years ago. After that failed I used BLT G-floor mats wall to wall for the past 10 years. Looking to go back to a painted surface and as I research, I'm getting ads on my social streams for local companies. This came up recently and while I've read about polyspartic here, the warranty of 50 years seems excessive. Especially skeptical that it would be a 1 day install. Bunch of BS?

Different applications call for different products. For the average DIYer most of the time products like AWF Polyurea are going to be the best choice, but I would not say always. There are a lot of variables. Feel free to give me a call

Hi, don't believe everything you read. Epoxies and polyureas both have advantages and some disadvantages. Anyone telling you 'zero maintenance' is just nonsense as everything requires some maintenance such as normal cleaning and such to prevent premature wear (there is no such thing as a wear-proof floor).

Feel free to reach out to us directly to answer any questions you have. We have sold tens of thousands of garage kits since 1998 and have a lot of experience we can share. Generally an epoxy floor using 100% solids would be a thicker floor than a polyaspartic. Life span of both systems are similar in our opinion. And...are you going to be using your garage for the next 50 years, and will that contractor even be around to warranty it in 50 years!
