Not counting additional driveway paving, I can see a shell of a garage done for 25K.
Assuming trench footings and a standard slab and one additional single garage door and reworking the existing trusses and leaving the existing garage walls mostly intact.
Just a pulled out of my *** number based on one Google search. Not something I'm known for or like to do, but for a preliminary idea if this house is workable.
