I'm not 100% sure but that looks like a Mac Economizer. It isn't built like a regular MAC box but more like Craftsman. I think it was built by Waterloo who builds the Craftsman boxes. Nothing special but still should fetch 250 without a problem
Don't know about the top box but the bottom box is a made in Canada by Beach/Stanley, they are very nice boxes if it has the ball bearing slides (which it looks like it does), quite a few steps up from the newer Craftsman boxes. I'd bet that plant also makes the Canadian Blue Point boxes. For $250 it's a pretty good deal.
