Is this Meter Can still useable?

It's a Mobile Home Meter Pedestal. It was layed on it's back and got water inside. The breaker stayed dry but as you can see the back of the box is rusted due to moisture and a mouse nest.

Can it be used as is or should I clean up the bonds and repaint and what not? I just want to sell the thing but I don't want to screw the seller.

The second question I have is can a box with a 30 Amp RV outlet be screwed to the side?

I wouldn't use it. The rust on the box itself is one thing, but I would be more worried about corrosion in the electrical terminals.

Panels are cheap. It's not worth your money and time restoring that one only to end up with a mediocre result in the end.

I don't need it. I got it real cheap at a garage sale many years ago and never ended up using it.

I want to sell it but don't want to sell something that can't be used.

A used panel is not worth much. For peace of mind toss it.

If it was mine and I was going to keep it, I would clean it up and repaint it. I would not bother cleaning it up to resell it since its not worth a whole lot to begin with.

I don't like the looks of the neutral bus. too much corrosion that nothing besides replacement will fix, scrap metal IMO.

If the main breaker is still good then it could be worth up to $100 for the breaker, but only way to know is have it tested
