Is this normal with my snap on ratchet adapter?

I just got one of these 3/8 ratchet adapter. The adapter is made of two halves. When in use, it is very wobbly. Is is normal ? I really don't know how to explain it but if you have one you'll know what I mean.

I have the 1/4", 3/8" and the 1/2" ratchet adapter .. NO wobbling on mine, so your is abnormal. See you local Snap On dealer and have it checked out.

If it has the two holes in the top plate , it could need to be tightened with a pin spanner.

I've got a few that did need to be adjusted, others that didn't.
