I was at the GM Nationals in Carlisle PA this weekend, and the display cars were parked on mats made of interlocking plastic tiles. I'm not certain of the manufacturer, but I will say that i would NOT want this **** in my garage... every time a car so much as moved or turned a tire, the stuff just shredded up, unsnapped itself, skidded across the floor, and even knocked one poor guy on his as$ because he happened to be standing on the tile while the car was trying to back onto it and skidding the tile out from under him. It was a total disaster, and many guys were moving the stuff out of the way because you couldn't even drive on it without the tires sliding it around on the floor. I haven't heard of this problem with the guys who have racedeck, so maybe thats not what it was, but whatever it was, I wasn't impressed... It looked nice, but moved around way too easily whenever driving on or off of it.

No those are not Racedeck, they don't have that "dot" pattern in them. And I have Racedeck tiles and have never experienced what you described.

Looks a lot thinner and 'lighter duty' than racedeck.

I can't believe that when the cars moved, the tiles unsnapped. With Racedeck, the tiles stay put and do not detach from each other.
