Hey guys I found a ratchet out in my garage while cleaning. the ratchet is labled "snap-on" but it came over with my step dad when he moved over. so it might be a fake idk. either way i was wondering if anyone could tell me if there is a rebuild kit for it or if there is anything I can do to get it back into working order. It was compleately dry when I took it apart and it wouldnt ratchet. It apears to be a 20 tooth so its verry low tooth count. but i dont know if possibly there is a drop in kit to up the tooth count for it or not. the only numbering i can find on it says 70b

Its a fake and a damn good one if i might say, Just send it to me and ill dispose of it for you.

P.S Dont let the authorities catch you with that ratchet, Immediately box it up in a USPS flat rate box and send it out today. It is your lucky day though.. I will cover the shipping for you. You might want to think about Pm'img me with anymore fakes you run across, We wouldnt want the Snappy police to catch on to you.

sorry did some reaserch. it is a model # TM70B if my research is correct is a bit of a collectors item. kinda. I hear that some people like it and its about 40 years old today. if it is what it says it is. but I was just wondering if anybody could tell me more about the ratchet and if i could rebuild it. altho im not verry thrilled with the ratchet arc. 20 teeth = ratchet ark of 18*

THANKS GUYS

The year date code is usually found on SO ratchets between the words ON and OFF of the selector lever. Older ones sometimes have it on the handle somewhere.

SO date code chart.

thanks guys for all the info. Yes i would like to have a 30+ tooth kit to rebuild it because 20 teeth seems a little low. sorry hiball I wasnt willing to get rid of it that easy lol :) also yes it is missing parts. its missing the two screws that hold the coverplate on and its missing selecter leaver. also i think I droped the spring and lost it dang

THANKS GUYS
