Is this SO KRA-3027 worth $300?

I called to confirm that it's got friction slides & not ball bearing slides. Looks to be in OK shape but missing the top pad.

I plan on using it as a base for my minimill. It'll be used to keep tooling & misc other tools.

most likly yes it is worth $300
I would feel better at $250 because I think that would be a deal

that will be a good base for the mini mill, I use a toolbox as the base for my small lathe

the other option for $350 is the HF 41'' toolbox, that will hold the mill and give a little space on the side to work or for a small surface plate
