is this vise worth 50 bucks?

hey guys looking into getting a decent vise have been watching CL for a nice one. just found this one. 50 bucks is what hes asking i could probably get it for less. wish it had a pivioting base but no big deal for now. tell me what you think. its columbian. i dont know to much about vises besides what brands to look for.

haha got ya.. 4 inch is plenty big enough for me anyways.. mainly work on motorcycles.. nothing to big usually..
