I would like to run a new feeder for my house but I definitely don’t need 1/0 wire. I do have about 125 feet of this

That is probably URD. Not permitted for use indoors.

Is there an RHH or RHW writing on the wire?

Where does the current feeder run?

What is the size of the current feeder?

Not sure of RHH orRHW . I did see use-2. Current feeder comes off the main breaker on the pole next to the house, under the trailer house to the breaker box in the house. Not sure of the current feeder size , but it’s on a 100 amp breaker.
