They are good machines if they have all the different PPI bars so you can do most or all different saws.
Realistically all three machines could go for 3000 to the right buyer. Maybe worth more as a set too. I see the retoothers around sometimes for about 5-600 without accessories. The accessories are really what are worth the money because they are what actually make the machine do what it is supposed to.

Ask him which charity to write the check to if you do buy it.. That may show if he's serious about donating..
He said "most of the money", referring to 1.5mil... Which means if you offer him 10 grand, it would all still go into his pocket
