My flashing is warping and buckling on some of my garage doors but not all. . Anyone know the problem. . It looks like hell and obviously the seal is comprised for heat ect. . It's 2 years old but went like this in the first year after garage was built and contractor installed. . Thanks

It looks like it's cut a little too long. Since winter is over it is expanding with the heat. That trim is PVC right? Plastic expands and contracts quite a bit.

The concrete apron/slab may have heaved upwards slightly, "pushing" the trim and weatherseal wavy. You can trim a little off the bottom, or wait to see if the concrete settles again.

Here is a similar thread with more suggestions.

Thanks guys..the wood was not treated..my initial thoughts were there probably is suppose to be a certain amount of gap left for the wood to expand and contract and possibly some other tricks that the sidings guys would use..and I was thinking this probably was not installed properly in the first place..adding more nails and trying to fix it as it warps does not work !!!
