I had Morton put up in December of 2016 I've had nothing but problems with the roof since it was new I highly recommend staying away from Morton Buildings specially the skylights I like that feature but the building has leaked almost constantly since it was new they send a guy out with a caulk gun and it stops for a time and then I go out there this weekend and the truck parked in there that had drip marks and water running off of It that you can see in the dust on the hood. I now wish I had a cleary put up. Anybody else had lots of problems with their pole barn roofs or is it just me? I realize it's a lot of tin to get to seal up but that's why you put a building up to keep your equipment and your vehicles dry!

It's probably condensation. There are special skylights that have condensation pans in them. If it is raining can you go in the building and see water leaking?

If it is not condensation then you need to accurately identify where the water is getting into the roof. This may be different than where you see it dropping down onto the ground (or onto your truck). Water can get into a roof and travel some crazy distances and paths before it finally drops to the ground below.

Caulking a "leak" is usually temporary at best. And if it is just barely fixing it then in the summer heat the metal can move around enough to stretch that caulk and essentially cancel the fix. This metal moving can also be screws backing out. YES. Screws will back out as the temperatures do big swings if they're the wrong screw for the application ("hey, Roger, this all we have on the truck") or not properly torqued.
