No Vulcan welders in the ad. Anyone think that the Protig 200 will have a coupon between now and then? I've been waiting for one. Last expired July 2nd.

Surprised they put this out with columbus and veterans day left prior. Do they normally do a 25% for either of those holidays? (I know it doesn't work for the vulcan, but I've wanted to pick up the planishing hammer and maybe the english wheel.

Nothing jumped out to me. The Protig 200 has actually gone up in price over the last few months. The 44" box as noted at $399 is good. Best coupon I have seen takes it only to $449.

People need to literally stop with Black Friday; its a day for delusional shoppers thinking they're getting themselves into a great deal. Sales happen throughout the year and a lot of times even less than Black Friday. HF is literally the last place where you'll find a true Black Friday deal, because everyday there is some phantom sale happening.

Also the only advantage for retailers in Black Friday is not just drawing in more foot traffic, but also getting rid of older models and getting new ones in the following year.

Thanks to consumers, interest rates are going up. The feds could literally not give a shenanigans about consumer debt. :shocking:

Well I've never seen the new 44" priced this low yet. So I'm going to call it a good deal especially since it's not an old model.

Well, I'm speaking for the overwhelmingly majority of deals (in any category) that surface around this time of year. The 44" is an exception as its a new model and has yet to be priced this low until now. Next year, its very likely to come to this price again. It really boils down to what item you're going after. it depends on the category as well.

Any feedback or comments on their newer line of floor jacks - Daytona.

I was looking at the "professional" one. In the BF ad it is $179, save $20.

Is it really a decent Jack? Worth $200?

There is plenty written about this line of jacks, they're a direct copy of the Snap On. The general consensus is that yes, they're worth the money. I bought one about 8 months ago and would happily spend the money again.

Sorry but nothing can match waiting in the cold for 10 hours only to be partially trampled in WalMart on my way to score a $12 blender and $10 waffle iron.

I agree. You need to stay sharp to find loss leader, special buys, or the occasional actual deal like that tool cabinet. Just because it's a Black Friday ad doesn't mean it's the best price, but occasionally you can find the best price of the year on Black Friday.

I glanced and saw nothing of substance different than their normal "Sidewalk/Inventory Reduction" ads.

I usually just focus when they have the 25% coupon.

I've found, sometimes, that the Inside.Track.Club pricing to be worse than a regular sale price.

HF is notorious for consistantly publishing BF ads that are terrible in the sense that they offer deals that are no better than what you can get year round.

Is there any benefits with the newer hf 44 box? Less than a year ago it could be bought in the $350 range.

Also it comes in new colors?
