F-you, I woke up to 8f this morning. I had to shove my dog out, because even he is sick of winter.

I'm waiting on Spring too. I have a mole in the yard, he's making his rounds tearing up the yard when the ground isn't frozen. I need to set a trap but the ground keeps freezing on the days I want to set it.

But is it warm in there?

I got all excited about working outside yesterday, until I got outside. Not quite warm enough.

I guess I shouldn't say it was 90F at the strip on Saturday. Or that we've already had our spring AC check and run the system a few times. The heater hasn't come on in a week. The flip side of that is that the ground is so hard and dry that you have to water the **** out of it just to stab a stick in it.

I don't feel so bad any more. It was 24 this morning, now 26 at home. There has only been a handful of days so far this year that we've been above freezing, luckily 2 of those days being in the 60's and 72. I think they said on the news that we've only had 2 or 3 days that we haven't seen snow falling. At least its not accumulating though, just fluttering down every single day.

This past weekend last year I was out in a t-shirt digging up a new garden.

Well it was 30 some odd degrees this morning and it's gonna hit mid 40's and sunny but another snow/rain storm is supposed to hit this evening. Regardless I plan to 'play' outside when I get home this afternoon.

I wish I was home. I hear it is around 50 or so. Where I am at it is high 80's with about 40% humidity and I have to slepp under an A/C unit on cold. But, I am counting down the days till I fly home...

KC, MO forecast shows at least a 30% chance of snow from today until next Sunday. That is just where my phone forecast ends.....
