It was 110 yesterday and 112 today. The forecast is for 112 tomorrow.
Long term forecast is for more of the same. Good Grief!!!
One cannot even stay in the garage and do anything as it is just too hot and you sweat like a MaMa Dog. There will be water very rationing soon.
This REALLY pulls a vacuum.

I hear you. It was 106 "officially" ( means at the airport measuring station outside of town) and 111 on the freeway coming home. The shop had been running 85~87 closed up all day, it's now 92~94 by the time we get home. I've been opening the big door around 6:45 and running some fans while I get ready for work, to get some of the heat out. It's "only" 80 something at 6:45AM. I ran the AC in the tool room yesterday and got it down to 85F after an hour. And tomorrow and Friday are slated to be the hot days this week. Kids started football workouts this week, coaches are only working them an hour.

As for dry, I run each zone of the sprinkler/well system for 2 hours twice a week. I only have to mow once every 10~14 days. Normal years if I watered like that I would be mowing every Saturday. We're been on city water restrictions for the last 3 years.

Edit - I just put out fresh dog water - at 10PM it's 94F.

Yep, it's hot. Makes me glad I have a desk job. Still worked on the trailer after work for an hour. It was under a shade tree and I was just bolting on some tie downs.

...and the neighbor down the street stopped by. He works for the city and told me that the Boy Scout car wash was cancelled this weekend. They started water rationing in Norman TODAY.

112 here in Tulsa. Temp on board across the sreet hit 120 at 6 pm.
Walked outside at 8pm and it felt like I was going in a blast furnace.

wow temps here are a comfortable 68 it doesnt get to hot up here , now lets talk about cold temps. i will be seeing in a few months
