Napa's Carlyle brand has been going for 10 years according to the latest real deals flier. I know the real deals have got up and left. But I find it interesting to see them continue marketing the Carlyle brand. I know the ratchets need lube. But I like the availability of single wrenches from my Napa. Even if the employees have some strange attitudes, LOL.

Funny you say that about the NAPA employees, we have some doozies at my local store.

In my experiences Napa has always had outstanding counter help compared to every else.

Good 'ol Never Another Part Acquired. I have always liked the quality of their house brand, just can't seem to convince their employees to sell me anything at the only local store left around me. Didn't have electrical connections I needed, don't stock High Mileage oils, and the guy couldn't be bothered to help me get viton o rings, wouldn't even look them up on his computer.
