Thanks for the comments guys. Upstairs is storage... it's just flat area, maybe a pool table? The building is 40x60, the apartment is 40x12. It's just the right size to be comfortable. We've got right at 50 in it if im not mistaken. This is with a poured driveway. Toyota is moving locations here in town and their lifts are going up for sale. I'm going to try and snag one; they're Rotary units if I'm not mistaken.

Looks great. It's huge, you could park a small airplane in that thing! Out of curiosity, what are you going to primarily use it for? I love the apartment, are you going to rent it out, or is it just for you or guests/friends when needed?
