That's a air pressure operated clamping system for assembling casework - large cabinets. Probably was a $25,000 unit when new.

I pretty much bet that is a bogus ad. Why would someone give something like that away when they could at least get a few hundred out of it?

Moving out of building and don't want to have to move it themselves most likely.
Large specialized items like that are hard enough to sell even at severely discounted prices.

Businesses throw away a lot of good stuff just so they dont have to deal with it. I did a cleanout last year, hauled away a granulator, giant dust collector, sieve shaker, liquid solids blender, roots blower and a ton of mad scientist looking stuff. Sold for about $8000 and still have half a trailer load left. The guy hadn't used the stuff in a long time, had to move, and didn't want to be bothered with it.

If I was close to Atlanta, I would already have that thing. Looks to be worth $2500 or more.
