Looks like two different buildings; a large one built out of brick and a smaller wood framed one.

I like that old carpet warehouse. Would look good housing a couple of traditional hot rods and the fabricating stuff needed to build more.

A BIG delay since I posted this!It is looking alot better as I move and orginize. My real job is super busy for me.I will get back to it after the first of the year.
In the mean time, anyone build their own pole ,carport?I would like to cover the parking area in the first picture ,then eventually pave.I'm looking for the least expensive way to build a good structure.Any ideas? Thanks in advance!!

Why do you need to pave? It looks already paved, no?

Do you want to cover the entire parking area?

I would see what you could do to find out what the set backs are up front. Likely would be similar to your neighbors but you never know.

If you want to go that big, I'm thinking just extend the ridge of the roof and follow the roof lines, but that's an aweful large area to cover.

Yeah,I want to just continue it with the same lines.Just trying to decide weather I should dig for poles as uprights.
Alsi,I've been told it's cheaper to buy rafters, not build.I have an open span inside that I could copy.Is it really cheaper? If so,HOW?

Cheaper? Probably. Depending on the complexity, which that looks like it won't be that complex. The span is the killer. How wide is the building?
